Admission Process (B.Tech)
Step 1-Qualify JEE Main
Candidates must first appear for JEE Main conducted by NTA.Step 2-Clear JEE Advanced
Only top JEE Main qualifiers can sit for JEE Advanced, which is mandatory for IIT admissions.Step 3-Participate in JoSAA Counselling
Register for JoSAA counselling, fill choices, and lock preferences for IIT BHU.Step 4-Seat Allotment
Seats are allotted based on JEE Advanced rank, preferences, and category reservation.Step 5-Document Verification
Report to the institute with original documents for verification and admission confirmation.Step 6-Fee Payment
Pay the prescribed semester fee to secure admission.Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualification: Passed 12th (PCM) from a recognized board.

Minimum Marks: At least 75% aggregate in Class 12th (65% for SC/ST).

Entrance Exam: Must qualify JEE Main JEE Advanced.

Age Limit: Candidates should be born on or after October 1, 2001 (with 5-year relaxation for SC/ST/PwD).
