AIIMS Jodhpur is a center of clinical excellence serving the people of Western India. My vision as its Executive Director is to expand its footprint of achievement to span the latest advances in compassionate clinical care for patients and their families, cutting-edge research to improve outcomes, engaging educational environment for medical and nursing students, physicians, ancillary staff, and scientists, as well as a culture of collaboration and support as we all move forward together. Through outreach centers, we will aim to improve access to top-quality healthcare to everyone regardless of their location or economic status. Through reinvigorated training programs we will promote continuous learning through all stages of the career for all medical providers. Through enhancing the work with biotechnology, we will leverage the benefits of automation to reduce burnout and improve efficiency.
