Bidar Institute of Medical Sciences (BRIMS), established in 2007, is a government medical college located in Bidar, Karnataka, India. It operates as an autonomous institution under the Government of Karnataka, affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, and recognized by the National Medical Commission. 

Academic Programs:

• Undergraduate:

  • MBBS: A 5.5-year program (including a one-year internship) with an annual intake of 150 students. Admissions are based on NEET UG scores

  • Postgraduate:

    • MD/MS: Three-year programs in various specialties, including Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, and Forensic Medicine, with 2 seats each. Clinical departments are expected to offer seats starting from 2018. Admissions are through NEET PG scores
