1. Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech (Regular): Candidates must have passed 10 2 (Intermediate) with at least 45% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).

• B.Tech (Lateral Entry): Requires a Diploma in Engineering from a recognized board with at least 45% marks.

• M.Tech: A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field (B.E./B.Tech) with a minimum of 50% aggregate.

2. Qualifying Examinations

• B.Tech: Primarily through AP EAPCET (Counseling Code: BTHP).

• M.Tech: Based on GATE or AP PGECET scores.
