Dr. Virendra Swarup Educational Foundation, U.P. (VSEF) was established in the year 1989 in the memory of Late Dr. Virendra Swarup, MLC & Chairman of U.P. Legislative Council and an eminent educationist. The foundation is running 10 2 schools & several institutes in Kanpur & nearby areas . It is closely associated with Dayanand Shiksha Sansthan, which is managing more than 25 post-graduate and intermediate colleges all over Uttar Pradesh & Uttranchal.
