Government Medical College, Faizabad, also known as Maharshi Vashishtha Autonomous State Medical College, is a distinguished public medical institution situated in the town of Faizabad, Uttar Pradesh. Established in 2019, the college is affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow, and is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The college offers a comprehensive MBBS program with an annual intake of 100 students.​
