​Government Medical College & Super Facility Hospital, Azamgarh, established in 2006, is a state-run medical institution located in Chakrapanpur, approximately 20 kilometers from Azamgarh city in Uttar Pradesh. Affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow, and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC), the college offers undergraduate and postgraduate medical programs. ​The college offers a 5.5-year MBBS program, including a one-year compulsory rotating internship, with an annual intake of 100 students. Admissions are based on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) scores.
