The Himachal Pradesh College of Law (HPCL), established in 2003, is a private law institution located in Kala Amb, Sirmour district, Himachal Pradesh. Affiliated with Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, and approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), HPCL was the first private law college in the state. HPCL offers two full-time law programs: a three-year LL.B. for graduates and a five-year integrated B.A. LL.B. for students who have completed their 10+2 education.
