Indian Institute of Legal Studies, Shimla

The Indian Institute of Legal Studies (IILS) in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, established in 2002, is a private law college affiliated with Himachal Pradesh University and approved by the Bar Council of India. Situated in Hari-Devi, Ghanahatti, approximately 15 km from Shimla city center, the institute offers a serene environment conducive to legal studies. IILS Shimla offers two undergraduate law programs: a five-year integrated B.A. LL.B. program with 120 seats and a three-year LL.B. program with 60 seats. The B.A. LL.B. program is designed for students who have completed their 10+2 education, while the LL.B. program is for graduates from any discipline.
