IIM Ahmedabad admission 2025 is primarily entrance-based. This institute is known for its two-year, full-time, residential flagship PGP (also referred to as MBA) programme that offers admission based on a valid score in CAT. The percentile of CAT for IIM Ahmedabad reached up to 99.6 in the past years which shows how rigorous it is for a student to get admission to this institute. IIM-A admission cycle for PGP commences every year with the start of CAT registrations.
Apart from PGP, IIM A also offers other PG and doctoral degree courses in the field of Management. IIM Ahmedabad MBA Admission Eligibility Criteria
There are 3 selection criteria based on which the PGP candidates are selected for the next round i.e, the AWT and PI round. Then the final selection is based on CAT performance, AWT & PI performance, and Application Rating Score.
CAT 2024 Scores: IIM Ahmedabad considers both the sectional and the overall CAT cut-off. Only the candidates who have scored above the minimum cut-off in all the sections will be considered for the further process.

10th and 12th Scores: The candidate’s average percentage of 10th and 12th, should be higher than the minimum cut-off. The cut-off is different for different streams.
