Selection Process
The final selection is based on a holistic evaluation of the candidate's profile, which includes:
-
Written Test: IIPMB conducts its own Professional Aptitude Test (IPAT). The test evaluates your logical reasoning, general awareness, quantitative skills, and knowledge of agriculture and allied subjects.
-
Group Discussion (GD): Shortlisted candidates participate in a group discussion to assess their communication and teamwork skills.
-
Personal Interview (PI): A personal interview is conducted to evaluate the candidate's knowledge, aptitude, and overall fit for the program.
The final score is a weighted combination of your performance in the entrance exam, the IPAT, the GD, the PI, and your academic record.
