Overview
The North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (NEIGRIHMS) is a premier medical institute located in Shillong, Meghalaya. Established in 1987 under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, it was declared an Institute of National Importance in 2000 by the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India.
