NRTI, Vadodara

Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya (GSV), formerly National Rail and Transportation Institute, is a central university located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. GSV is India's first transport University. It is presently at the campus of the National Academy of Indian Railways (NAIR). 

The University, a vision of Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, is India's first University exclusively focused on transport-related education, multidisciplinary research and training. It was established in 2018 as a Deemed to be University under the de Novo category.In 2022 it was converted to a central University under the Central Universities (Amendment) Act, 2022 and renamed Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya.
