Sri Kengal Hanumanthaiya Law College, formerly known as KGF Law College, was founded in 1979 by the Golden Valley Educational Trust in the historic Kolar Gold Fields region . Named in honour of Sri Kengal Hanumanthaiya—the visionary behind Karnataka’s Vidhana Soudha and former Chief Minister—the college reflects his legacy of leadership and public service .
