Initially operating from a rented building in Naya Bazar, the college found its permanent home in 1984 with the construction of its own campus at Tilkamanjhi, a feat accomplished without any governmental or public aid, showcasing the commitment of its students and faculty .Affiliated with Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU) and approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), T.N.B. Law College offers both three-year LL.B. and five-year integrated B.A. LL.B. programs.
