Vilasrao Desmukh Government Medical College Latur

​Vilasrao Deshmukh Government Medical College and Institute of Sciences (VDGMIS), located in Latur, Maharashtra, is a government medical institution established in 2001. Named in honor of the late Vilasrao Deshmukh, the former Chief Minister of Maharashtra, the college operates under the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS), Nashik, and is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).​ The college offers an undergraduate MBBS program with an annual intake of 100 students and postgraduate programs in various specialties, admitting approximately 70 students each year.
