Overview: Anjuman Institute of Technology and Management (AITM), also known as AITM Bhatkal, is a private engineering and management institution located in Bhatkal, Uttara Kannada district, Karnataka, India. It is a Muslim minority institution managed by Anjuman Hami-e-Muslimeen (AHM), a trust established in 1919 that runs over 20 educational institutions in the region. Established in 1980 as Anjuman Engineering College, the institute is approved by AICTE, New Delhi, and affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi. The campus at Anjumanabad, Bhatkal features modern labs with recognized research centers in Civil & Mechanical under VTU, library, separate hostels for boys and girls, sports facilities, Wi-Fi, and an innovation focus with emphasis on AI and Robotics in some departments, along with extracurricular activities like NSS and NCC.
