Eligibility Criteria:
B.Tech Eligibility:

Academic Qualification: Passed 10 2 or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a Technical Vocational subject.

Minimum Marks: At least 45% aggregate (40% for SC/ST) in the PCM subject group.

Entrance Exam: Qualified JEE Main and registered for UGEAC (Under Graduate Engineering Admission Counselling).
M.Tech Eligibility:

Passed Bachelor’s degree in B.E./B.Tech or equivalent in the relevant field.

Minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) in the qualifying examination.
Admission Process:
B.Tech Admission Process (UG)
For 2026, candidates must qualify through national or state entrance exams followed by Bihar-specific counseling.

Entrance Examination:

JEE Main: Most seats are filled based on JEE Main scores.

BCECE: Alternatively, students can appear for the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE).

Counseling Registration:

Eligible candidates must register for Undergraduate Engineering Admission Counselling (UGEAC) on the BCECEB official website.

Choice Filling & Seat Allotment:

During counseling, students must select GCE Gaya and their preferred branch (CSE, ECE, EE, ME, or CE).

Seats are allotted based on JEE Main/BCECE rank, seat availability, and reservation policies.

Verification & Reporting:

Once a seat is allotted, candidates must report to the college with original documents for verification and pay the admission fees.
M.Tech Admission Process (PG)

Entrance Exam: Admission is primarily based on GATE scores.

Counseling: Shortlisted candidates must participate in the PGEAC (Post Graduate Engineering Admission Counselling) conducted by BCECEB.
