Personal Interview (PI) Process
All candidates shortlisted based on their entrance test scores (CAT/GRE/GMAT/GATE/JRF-UGC/CSIR/UGC-NET) are required to appear for the Personal Interview at the IIM Raipur campus.
During the interview, the selection panel, comprising faculty members from both the area of specialization and the PhD programme committee will evaluate each candidate’s overall suitability for the doctoral program. The assessment will focus on:
· Academic performance across past qualifications
· Professional accomplishments and experience
· Research interests and motivation for pursuing a PhD
*Both the specialization panel and the program panel must interview the candidate for their PI evaluation to be considered complete.
