Step-by-Step Admission Process – IMI Bhubaneswar PGDM/MBA 2025

Step 1: Check Eligibility

• Must hold a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks

• Final-year students can apply

• Must have a valid score in CAT 2024, XAT 2025, CMAT 2025, GMAT, or GRE

Step 2: Fill Out the Online Application

• Visit the Official 

• Complete the form with personal, academic, and exam details

• Upload required documents (photo, signature, mark sheets)

Step 3: Pay the Application Fee

• ₹1250 18% GST (₹1475 approx.)

• Payment via credit/debit card or net banking

Step 4: Shortlisting for Selection Process

• Based on entrance exam score and academic profile

• Shortlisted candidates receive interview call via email

Step 5: Participate in the Selection Process

• Written Ability Test (WAT) or Essay

• Extempore/Group Discussion (GD) (if applicable)

• Personal Interview (PI) – online or offline

• Evaluation includes communication, leadership, and analytical skills

Step 6: Final Selection

• Composite score based on:

  • Entrance exam score

  • Academic performance

  • Work experience (if any)

  • Performance in WAT/GD/PI

Step 7: Admission Offer & Fee Payment

• Selected candidates receive offer letter

• Pay the first installment of fees to confirm admission

Step 8: Document Verification & Enrollment
