PGDM Admission Process – XIME Chennai (2026)

1. Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
• Minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates)
• Final-year students may apply with provisional eligibility

2. Accepted Entrance Exams

• CAT 2025
• XAT 2026
• CMAT
• MAT
• ATMA
• GMAT

3. Application Procedure

• Mode: Online only via XIME Chennai portal
• Application Fee: ₹2,000 (payable via credit/debit card, net banking, or mobile wallets)
• No physical documents required during initial submission
• Acknowledgment generated upon successful payment and form submission

4. Selection Process

• Shortlisting based on entrance exam scores
• Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) conducted physically at designated centers
• Final selection based on:
  • Academic performance
  • Entrance test score
  • GDPI performance
  • Work experience (if applicable)

5. Seat Confirmation

• Shortlisted candidates must pay a seat confirmation fee of ₹25,000 within the stipulated deadline
• First installment of program and hostel fee payable upon receipt of provisional offer letter

6. Program Duration

• Full-time PGDM: 2 years

7. Campus Intake

• Chennai campus intake: Approximately 120 students
