Step-by-Step Admission Process –

Step 1: Eligibility Check

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) in any discipline

• Minimum 55% aggregate marks

• Final-year students can apply, but must submit proof of graduation by the deadline

Step 2: Take an Accepted Entrance Exam

XIMB accepts scores from:

• CAT 2024

• XAT 2025

• GMAT

• X-GMT 2025 (Xavier General Management Test conducted by XIM University)

Step 3: Apply Online

• Visit ximb.edu.in

• Fill out the application form

• Pay ₹1500 for the first program ₹700 for each additional program

Step 4: Shortlisting

Candidates are shortlisted based on:

• Entrance exam score

• Academic performance

• Work experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Step 5: Selection Process

Shortlisted candidates are invited for:

• Personal Interview (PI)

• Written Ability Test (WAT) or Essay Writing

• Group Discussion (GD) (if applicable)

Step 6: Final Selection

Final merit list is prepared using a composite score:

• Entrance exam score

• PI/WAT/GD performance

• Academic record

• Work experience
