Eligibility Criteria
The academic and entrance requirements for engineering and professional courses are as follows:

Academic Qualifications:

B.Tech: Must have passed the 12th (Intermediate) examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).

M.Tech: Must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university.

Minimum Marks: * General/OBC: At least 45% to 50% aggregate in the qualifying exam (12th for UG, Graduation for PG).

SC/ST: At least 40% to 45% aggregate.

Qualifying Examinations:

B.Tech: AP EAPCET (EAMCET) 2026 is the primary entrance test. JEE Main scores are also considered for certain quotas.

M.Tech: Admission is based on AP PGECET 2026 or GATE scores.

SC/ST Candidates: No minimum qualifying marks are prescribed for the entrance exam (AP EAPCET), though they must secure a rank and have a pass in the qualifying academic exam.

Entrance Registration: Apply for AP EAPCET (for B.Tech) or AP PGECET/GATE (for M.Tech) via the APSCHE portal.

University Application: After entrance results, visit the ANU Official Website to fill out the university-specific admission form if applying under management or self-finance categories.

Shortlisting & Selection:

Merit List: Based strictly on the entrance exam rank.

Counseling: Shortlisted candidates must participate in the Web Counseling conducted by APSCHE to select Acharya Nagarjuna University as their preferred choice.
