MAHE Institute of Dental Sciences & Hospital – Eligibility & Selection 2025

Admission at MAHE Institute of Dental Sciences & Hospital is entrance-based, and candidates must meet the prescribed eligibility criteria for each course. The general eligibility for UG courses is a Class 12 qualification, while for PG courses, a graduation degree in the relevant field is required.

 

Courses Common Eligibility Selection Criteria
BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English NEET-UG MCC Counselling
MDS (Master of Dental Surgery) BDS degree from a DCI-recognised university and completion of a one-year internship NEET-MDS MCC Counselling
B.Sc (Allied Health Sciences) Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology MAHE Entrance Test / Merit-based
M.Sc (Allied Health Sciences) Graduation in Dentistry, Medicine, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences, or related fields with at least 55% marks Working professionals in relevant fields are also eligible MAHE PG Entrance Exam / Merit-based
Ph.D (Dental Sciences) Postgraduate degree in Dental or Allied Health Sciences Entrance Test Personal Interview conducted by MAHE
