Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

• Minimum Marks: A minimum of 50% aggregate marks is required in undergraduate studies. For reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC), a relaxation of 5% may apply.

• Entrance Exams Accepted: Valid scores in CMAT, CAT, MAT, or XAT are mandatory for admission consideration.

 Admission Process

1. Application Submission:

   • Candidates must apply online through the official SIRT website or via the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Madhya Pradesh portal.

   • Fill in academic details, entrance exam scores, and personal information.

2. Entrance Exam Score Evaluation:

   • The institute shortlists candidates based on their performance in national-level entrance exams (CMAT, CAT, MAT, XAT).

3. Group Discussion (GD):

   • Shortlisted candidates participate in a GD round to assess communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

4. Personal Interview (PI):

   • The PI evaluates the candidate’s motivation, career goals, and suitability for the MBA program.

5. Final Merit List:

   • Admission is granted based on cumulative performance in entrance exam, GD, and PI.

 Cut-Off Trends

• CMAT Cut-Off: While exact figures vary yearly, a CMAT score of around 60–70 percentile is typically considered competitive for admission.

• CAT/MAT/XAT: These scores are also accepted, but CMAT is preferred for state quota admissions in Madhya Pradesh.

• Cut-offs may fluctuate based on the number of applicants, seat availability, and overall performance trends.

 Fees and Duration

• Program Duration: 2 years (full-time)

• Tuition Fees: Approximately ₹60,000–₹70,000 per year, excluding hostel and other charges.

 Additional Notes

• SIRT offers MBA specializations in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, and Information Technology.

• The institute is affiliated with Barkatullah University, Bhopal, and approved by AICTE.

• Scholarships may be available for meritorious and economically weaker students.
