​Saraswati Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS) is a private medical college situated in Anwarpur, near Pilkhuwa, in the Hapur district of Uttar Pradesh. Established in 2008, SIMS is affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University, Lucknow, and is recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The college is operated by the Saraswathi Ammal Educational Trust and offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate medical programs.The institution occupies a 26-acre campus and boasts modern infrastructure, including air-conditioned classrooms, well-equipped laboratories, a comprehensive library, and separate hostel facilities for male and female students. The campus also features an auditorium, canteen, and sports facilities to support the holistic development of its students. ​SIMS offers a 5.5-year MBBS program with an intake capacity of 250 students. Admissions are based on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) scores. The college also provides postgraduate courses such as MD and MS in various specialties, with admissions through NEET-PG. ​

The affiliated hospital, located within the campus, has over 740 teaching beds, providing students with extensive clinical exposure across various specialties. The hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic and therapeutic facilities, including CT scans, ultrasonography, and pathology labs. It also features specialized units such as Intensive Care Units (ICU), Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU), and fully functional operation theaters, ensuring comprehensive patient care and hands-on training for students.
