BIEM was founded with the vision of nurturing professionals who can contribute meaningfully to society through knowledge, skills, and ethical values. Located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, the institute operates under the affiliation of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
