Admission Process

1. Entrance Exam

   • Admission is primarily through Karnataka PGCET.

   • Candidates must register and appear for the exam conducted by KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority).

2. Counseling and Seat Allotment

   • Based on PGCET ranks, candidates participate in centralized counseling.

   • CMRIT’s PGCET cutoff rank for MBA in 2025 was 4140 for the General Merit category.

3. Direct Admission (Management Quota)

   • Available for candidates who may not qualify through PGCET.

   • Selection is based on academic performance and personal interview.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

  2. Minimum 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates).

• Final Year Students

  1. Eligible to apply, but must submit proof of qualification before admission confirmation.

• Documents Required

  1. PGCET scorecard

  2. Graduation mark sheets

  3. Identity proof

  4. Passport-size photographs.
