Admission
1. Undergraduate Admissions (B.Tech)
Admission to the B.Tech programs is conducted through three primary channels in accordance with the rules set by the Government of Kerala and the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU).

Government Quota (50% of seats):

Selection: Allotted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, based on the KEAM (Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical) rank.

Process: Candidates must participate in the Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) and select MGM College of Engineering and Technology during the option-filling stage.

Management Quota (35% of seats):

Selection: Based on merit, typically calculated by combining the marks from the qualifying examination (Plus Two) and the KEAM rank.

Direct Admission: The college often provides facilities for direct seat booking/spot admission for management seats.

NRI Quota (15% of seats):

Eligibility: Allotted to children/dependents of NRIs. For these seats, qualifying in the KEAM entrance exam is not mandatory, but candidates must have the required academic eligibility.
Eligibility Criteria:

Academic: A pass in Higher Secondary Examination (Plus Two) with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) combined.
Entrance Exam: Must qualify in the KEAM 2025 (except for NRI candidates).
