
The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the NEET 2025 provisional answer keys in the first week of June 2025. Candidates will have a few days to raise objections, by paying a non-refundable fee of ₹200 per question. The NEET 2025 results are likely to be announced by June 14, 2025, along with the final answer key, scorecards, merit list, and qualifying cutoff marks.
The NEET 2025 exam was conducted on May 4, 2025, from 2 PM to 5 PM, across 5,453 centers in 566 cities both in India and abroad. This marks an increase in the number of test centers compared to last year. Around 21 lakh candidates appeared for the exam.
NEET 2025 Exam Analysis
As per initial reviews and expert analysis, NEET 2025 was considered tougher than previous years. Among the three sections, Physics was regarded as the most difficult, followed by Chemistry and Biology. Given the overall difficulty, the NEET 2025 cutoff may be lower this year. Several coaching institutes have already released unofficial answer keys to help students estimate their scores.
