The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2025 was conducted on May 4, 2025, with over 20 lakh candidates appearing for the exam across various centers nationwide. The release of the provisional answer key will help students estimate their scores and identify any discrepancies.
NEET UG 2025: Objection Window to Open
Candidates who find errors in the provisional answer key will be able to challenge specific questions by submitting objections along with valid supporting evidence. A non-refundable fee will be charged per question challenged. These objections will be reviewed by subject experts. If any discrepancies are confirmed, corrections will be made in the final answer key, which will then be used for evaluating candidates' scores.

Log in using your application number and password or date of birth.

Access and download the answer key, OMR sheet, and recorded responses.

Save a copy for your records and use it to calculate your estimated score.
After the final answer key is published, the NTA will announce the NEET UG 2025 results and All India Ranks. This will initiate the centralized counseling process for MBBS, BDS, and other undergraduate medical courses, which will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) along with respective state counseling authorities.
