SNAP 2026 Exam Pattern Changed: Ethics, Morality and Values Section Added
The SNAP 2026 exam pattern has been revised by Symbiosis International (Deemed University). The biggest change is the addition of a new Ethics, Morality and Values section. With this update, SNAP 2026 will have four sections instead of the three sections seen in the previous pattern.
What Has Changed in SNAP 2026?
The revised pattern introduces 10 questions from Ethics, Morality and Values, carrying a total of 10 marks.
The number of questions in two existing sections has been reduced. General English has gone down from 15 to 10 questions, while Analytical & Logical Reasoning has been reduced from 25 to 20 questions.
The Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency section remains unchanged at 20 questions.

SNAP 2026 Marking Scheme
The marking scheme remains unchanged. Candidates will receive 1 mark for every correct answer. An incorrect answer will result in a penalty of 25% of the marks assigned to that question, which means a deduction of 0.25 marks for a one-mark question.
There is no negative marking for questions that are left unanswered.
SNAP 2026 Test Dates
SNAP 2026 will be conducted on three dates:
- December 13, 2026
- December 19, 2026
- December 26, 2026

The revised exam pattern of SNAP 2026 preparation should now cover all four sections. Along with English, Reasoning and Quantitative Ability. Candidates should familiar with ethical principles, decision-making and situation-based questions.
