BDS Admission Process 2025 (Tentative)
Admission to ABSMIDS is conducted through centralized counselling managed by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) for Deemed Universities.

NEET-UG Examination Candidates must appear for and qualify in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Eligibility Criteria

Academic: Must have passed 10 2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) as core subjects and English as a language of study.

General Category: 50% aggregate in PCB

Reserved Categories (SC/ST/OBC): 40% aggregate in PCB

Age Requirement: Must be 17 years or older as of December 31 of the admission year.

Counselling Registration After NEET results are declared, candidates must register on the MCC official portal for UG counselling under the Deemed/Central Universities quota.

Choice Filling and Locking During counselling rounds, candidates must select and lock their preferred colleges, including A.B. Shetty Memorial Institute of Dental Sciences.

Seat Allotment Seats are allotted based on the candidate’s NEET All India Rank, preferences submitted, and seat availability under Management or NRI quotas.
