Eligibility Criteria

Academic: Passed 10 2 (PUC) or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

Optional Subjects: Chemistry, Bio-Technology, Biology, Electronics, or Computer Science.

Minimum Marks: * 45% aggregate in the above subjects for General Category.

40% for SC/ST and OBC candidates (Karnataka domicile only).

Admission Process
There are three ways to secure a seat at AIET:
Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET)

For: Students who are domiciles of Karnataka.

Process: Register with the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) → Appear for the exam → Participate in online counseling → Select AIET during "Option Entry" based on your rank.
COMEDK UGET

For: Students from all over India (including Karnataka).

Process: Register at comedk.org → Appear for the UGET exam → Attend centralized counseling → Seat allotment based on merit.
Management Quota (Direct Admission)

For: Students seeking immediate seat security regardless of rank, or those who missed entrance deadlines.

1. Visit the official AIET Bangalore portal or campus.

2. Fill out the Direct Admission application form.

3. Submit documents for verification (10th, 12th marks, and any entrance scorecard like KCET/COMEDK/JEE).

4. Pay the admission/registration fee to "block" the seat.
