Admission
The admission process for C.K.S. Teja Institute of Dental Sciences & Research, Tirupati for the 2025 academic year is governed by the guidelines set by the Dental Council of India (DCI) and Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh. The institute offers both BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) and MDS (Master of Dental Surgery) programs, and admissions are strictly based on national-level entrance examinations.
BDS Admission Process 2025-

Eligibility Criteria:

Must have passed 10 2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany/Zoology), and English.

Minimum 50% aggregate in PCB for General category; 40% for SC/ST/OBC.

Must qualify NEET-UG 2025 conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

Only Indian nationals are eligible.

Counselling & Seat Allotment:

Candidates must register for Andhra Pradesh NEET UG Counselling through Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences.

Seats are allotted based on NEET rank, category, and seat availability across Government Quota (Category A), Management Quota (Category B), and NRI Quota (Category C).

After seat allotment, candidates must report to the college for document verification and fee payment to confirm admission.

MDS Admission Process 2025

Eligibility Criteria:

Must hold a BDS degree from a DCI-recognized dental college.

Completion of a one-year compulsory rotating internship is mandatory.

Must qualify NEET-MDS 2025.

Must meet the minimum percentile as prescribed in the NEET-MDS bulletin.

Candidates must participate in NEET MDS Counselling conducted by Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences.

Seat allocation is based on NEET-MDS rank, specialization preference, and category.

Final admission is confirmed after document verification and payment of fees.
