The College of Engineering Roorkee (COER), now elevated to COER University, is a premier technical institution located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Established in 1998 by the Seth Roshan Lal Jain Trust, it was the first private engineering college in the state and has since built a reputation as the "Best Engineering College of Uttarakhand."
