Crimea Federal University (CFU)
Crimea Federal University, located in Simferopol, Russia, is one of the most reputed and recognized medical universities in the country. It is approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC), WHO, and other global medical councils, which makes its MBBS degree valid in India and many other countries. NMC Eligibility Criteria for MBBS in Russia (Applicable for CFU)
Indian students aspiring to pursue MBBS at Crimea Federal University must satisfy the eligibility guidelines issued by the National Medical Commission (NMC), India:

NMC Standards for Foreign Medical Graduates
According to the NMC Gazette 2021, Indian students pursuing MBBS abroad (including at CFU) must ensure the following:

The MBBS program should have a minimum duration of 54 months (CFU offers a 6-year MBBS program).

Students must complete a 1-year compulsory internship (CFU provides hands-on training in affiliated hospitals).

The entire MBBS course including internship must be pursued outside India.

After completing MBBS, graduates are required to qualify the FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) or the upcoming NEXT Exam in India to practice as licensed doctors.
