The Delhi Institute of Engineering & Technology (DIET), Meerut, is a prominent technical institution established in 2009 under the aegis of the Uma Shankar Educational Trust. Founded by noted philanthropist and academician Dr. Uma Shankar Goel, the institute is located at the 5th Km Stone, Partapur Bypass Road, in the Ghat Institutional Area of Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Delhi Institute of Engineering & Technology (DIET), Meerut is a private engineering institute affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow and approved by AICTE. The college offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in engineering and management with a focus on technical education, skill development, and industry exposure. DIET provides basic infrastructure, laboratories, library, hostels, and placement support. Campus and Infrastructure Laboratories: Each department maintains specialized labs, such as the Automobile Engineering department’s focus on autotronics and safety systems, and the Civil Engineering department’s focus on planning and management.
