Eligibility Criteria:

B.Tech: 10 2 with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Maths). Minimum 45% aggregate (40% for reserved categories).

M.Tech: Relevant graduation with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST).

Admission Process (B.Tech): Strictly through JAC Delhi counseling based on JEE Main ranks. 85% of seats are reserved for Delhi Region candidates.

M.Tech Admission: Based on GATE scores followed by CCMT/University counseling.

Scholarships:

Fee Concession: 25% to 100% tuition fee waiver for students with annual family income below ₹4.5 Lakhs.

Merit-cum-Means: Awarded to academic toppers from economically weaker sections.
Post-Matric Scholarship: Available for SC/ST/OBC students via the Delhi Government portal.
