Engineering Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Tech (Bachelor of Technology)

    • Academic Qualification: Must have passed 10 2 (Intermediate) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Biology as optional subjects.

    • Minimum Marks: At least 45% aggregate in group subjects (PCM) for General categories; 40% for Reserved categories (SC/ST/BC).

    • Qualifying Exam: AP EAPCET (Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test).

    • Age Limit: Minimum 16 years of age as of December 31, 2026. There is no upper age limit.

  • M.Tech (Master of Technology)

    • Academic Qualification: Must hold a B.E./B.Tech degree in a relevant discipline from an AICTE/UGC-recognized institution.

    • Minimum Marks: At least 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree for General categories; 45% for Reserved categories (SC/ST).

    • Qualifying Exam: GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) or AP PGECET.

    • Preference: GATE-qualified candidates are given direct priority during the seat allotment process.

 

Qualifying Examinations:

  • B.Tech: AP EAPCET.

  • M.Tech: GATE or AP PGECET.
