1. Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech: Candidates must have passed 10 2 with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject. A minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST) is mandatory.

Qualifying Exam: Admission is primarily based on valid scores in JEE Main or the Assam Combined Entrance Examination (CEE).

M.Tech: A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering branch (B.E./B.Tech) with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories). Valid GATE scores are preferred.

Relaxation: Category-wise relaxation of 5% in marks is provided as per State Government and UGC norms.
2. Admission Process

Application Mode: The process is entirely Online via the university's official application portal.

Application Fees: A non-refundable fee of ₹1,000 is generally applicable for professional courses.

Shortlisting: For B.Tech, candidates are shortlisted based on CEE/JEE scores followed by counseling. For M.Tech, selection is based on GATE scores or a university-conducted entrance test (DURET).

Final Selection: Selection is finalized through a merit list published on the website, followed by physical document verification and immediate fee payment to secure the seat.
