Admission
Admissions to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University are conducted through a centralized and transparent process governed by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra.
1. Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech: Candidates must have passed the 10 2 (HSC) examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject. A minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% for reserved category candidates of Maharashtra State) is required.

M.Tech: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category candidates of Maharashtra State).

Qualifying Exams: For B.Tech, valid scores in MHT-CET or JEE Main are required. For M.Tech, a valid GATE score is mandatory for merit-based selection.

Relaxation: Relaxation in percentage and seat allocation is strictly followed as per the Government of Maharashtra and DTE norms for various categories (SC/ST/OBC/VJ-NT).
2. Admission Process

Application Mode: The process is primarily Online through the DTE Maharashtra/State CET Cell website.

Application Fees: Fees range from ₹600 to ₹1000 depending on the category and the specific entrance exam.

Shortlisting: Selection is based on the inter-se-merit list generated from MHT-CET or GATE scores.

Final Selection: Candidates must participate in the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) rounds, involving option filling, seat allotment, and document verification at ARC centers.
