Overview: Engineering College, Ajmer (widely known as ECA or GECA) is a prestigious government technical institution in Rajasthan. Established in 1997, it was the first government engineering college in the state to be established after MBM Jodhpur. The college is located in the scenic lap of the Aravalli mountain ranges at Badaliya, Ajmer, on NH-8. Known for its academic rigor and research-oriented learning, ECA has consistently been a preferred choice for engineering aspirants in North India. Spread over 300 Bighas (~112.5 acres), the campus features a well-established digital library equipped with an RFID system housing over 50,000 books, modern labs including a Central Lab and high-end Computer Centers with 1000 systems. The college boasts the highest placement record among all state-government engineering colleges in Rajasthan.
