Engineering College, Bharatpur (GECB)

Overview: Government Engineering College Bharatpur (GECB), now commonly known as Engineering College Bharatpur, was established by the Government of Rajasthan to provide high-quality technical education in the eastern part of the state. Located on the serene outskirts of Bharatpur along the Golden Triangle, the institute serves as a vital academic hub focusing on empowering students from diverse backgrounds, particularly rural areas. Spread over a sprawling 40 acres of land at Village Shyorana on NH-21 (Agra-Jaipur Highway), the campus features a Central Library housing over 22,000 books, dedicated department-specific buildings, and an Incubation Center. It is the first engineering college in the Bharatpur division and offers government-subsidized education.
