Admission
Admission Process:
The admission procedure is structured and merit-based, relying primarily on NEET UG scores:

Appear for NEET UG: Candidates must register for and take the NEET UG examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). A qualifying score is mandatory for eligibility.

Register for Counseling: After NEET results are declared, candidates must register for counseling.

All India Quota (AIQ) seats are managed by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

State Quota seats are handled by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU).

A separate quota exists for Wards of Insured Persons (IPs) under the ESIC scheme, also coordinated by DGHS.

Choice Filling and Locking During counseling, candidates must select their preferred institutions. Those interested in ESIC Dental College should ensure it is listed among their choices.

Seat Allotment Based on NEET rank, category, preferences, and seat availability, candidates are allotted seats through multiple rounds of counseling.

Reporting to the College Candidates who receive an allotment must report to the college within the specified timeframe to complete admission formalities.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for admission to the BDS program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Age: Must be at least 17 years old as of December 31 of the admission year.

Academic Qualification: Must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as core subjects.

Minimum aggregate marks in PCB:

Entrance Exam: Must have a valid and qualifying NEET UG score.
