Admission Process – B.Tech at FIT Engineering College

• Entrance Exam: Admission is primarily through JEE Main followed by UPTAC counselling (Uttar Pradesh Technical Admission Counselling).

• Counselling: Candidates must register, fill choices, and participate in seat allotment.

• Direct Admission: Some seats may be filled under management quota based on Class 12 merit.

• Final Step: Seat confirmation after document verification and fee payment.

 Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Qualification: 12th with Physics & Mathematics compulsory, Chemistry/Computer Science/Biology/Technical Vocational subject as third.

• Minimum Marks:

  • General/OBC: 45% aggregate in PCM.

  • SC/ST: 40% aggregate in PCM.

• Entrance Requirement: Valid JEE Main score for counselling.

• Age Limit: Minimum 17 years.

• Class 10th mark sheet & certificate

• Class 12th mark sheet & certificate

• JEE Main admit card & scorecard

• UPTAC allotment letter

• Transfer/Migration certificate

• Character certificate

• Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, if applicable)

• Domicile certificate (for UP quota)

• Passport-size photographs

• Identity proof (Aadhaar card, Passport, etc.)

• Fee payment receipt
