Admission Process 

• Entrance Exam: JEE Main is mandatory.

• Counselling: Conducted by UPTAC (AKTU) based on JEE Main rank.

• Seat Allotment: Merit-based, considering rank and category.

• Management Quota: Vacant seats may be filled through direct admission based on JEE Main scores.

Eligibility Criteria

• Academic Qualification: Passed 12th examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects, plus one subject from Chemistry/Biology/Computer Science/Technical Vocational.

• Minimum Marks:

  • General/OBC: 45% aggregate

  • SC/ST: 40% aggregate

• Alternative Pathways:

  • Passed Diploma (3 years) in Engineering/Technology with 45% marks (40% for SC/ST).

  • Passed B.Sc. degree with 45% marks and 12th Mathematics.

• Age Limit: As per AKTU norms.

Documents Required

Students must carry originals and photocopies of the following:

• Class 10th & 12th mark sheets and certificates

• JEE Main admit card and scorecard

• Transfer/Migration certificate

• Character certificate

• Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS, if applicable)

• Domicile certificate (for UP quota candidates)

• Passport-size photographs

• Government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, etc.)

• Medical certificate (as per UPTAC format)

• Fee payment receipt
