BDS Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the undergraduate BDS program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Educational Qualification

  • Must have completed 10 2 or equivalent from a recognized board.

  • Core subjects must include Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.

  • Minimum aggregate marks required:

    • General category: 50%

    • SC/ST category: 40%

    • Physically Disabled candidates: 45%

• Entrance Exam Requirement

  • Must qualify the NEET-UG (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

  • Admission is granted through centralized counseling managed by:

    • MCC for All India Quota (15%)

    • ACPUGMEC for Gujarat State Quota (85%)

• Age Criteria

  • Minimum age: 17 years as of December 31 of the admission year

  • Maximum age: 25 years (relaxation may apply for reserved categories)

MDS Eligibility Criteria

For admission to the postgraduate MDS program, candidates must fulfill the following:

• Educational Qualification

  • Must hold a BDS degree from a recognized institution approved by the Dental Council of India (DCI).

  • Completion of a one-year rotating internship is mandatory.

• Entrance Exam Requirement

  • Must qualify the NEET-MDS conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE).

  • Admission is based on NEET-MDS scores through counseling conducted by MCC and ACPUGMEC
