Overview
Government Engineering College, Siwan (GEC Siwan) is a state-government technical institution in Bihar, established in 2019 under the Science, Technology and Technical Education Department of the Government of Bihar. The college is currently located at the Old Suta Mill Factory, Bhada Khurd, on Mairwa Road in Siwan. In its initial years, the institute operated from the campus of Government Polytechnic Siwan and has since been in the process of developing its own integrated campus facilities. Academically, Government Engineering College, Siwan is affiliated with Bihar Engineering University (BEU), Patna, and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), ensuring adherence to national standards for technical education.
