Eligibility Criteria

PGDM
- Minimum Qualification: Undergraduate degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates)
- Admission Process: Valid score in XAT / CAT / CMAT / GMAT / GAAT (for PGDM in BDA), In-person evaluation, Profile-based assessment

GOAL PGDM
- Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum 50% marks and at least 3 years of professional work experience
- Admission Process: XAT / CAT / CMAT / GMAT scores, Personal Interview

PGDM BDA MSc Business Analytics
- Minimum Qualification: Minimum 30 months of work experience (36 months preferred); must submit a Statement of Purpose
- Admission Process: GAAT score, English proficiency via TOEFL iBT / IELTS / Cambridge English (CPE/CAE/BEC)

FPM
- Minimum Qualification: Postgraduate degree or equivalent in any field with 60% marks or equivalent grade and 60% in Class 12
- Admission Process: Valid score in XAT / CAT / GMAT / MAT / CMAT / UGC NET / CSIR NET / JRF, Personal Interview

IDA
- Minimum Qualification: Applicants must be under 26 years of age as of January 31, 2025; meet required English language proficiency levels
- Admission Process: English test score (TOEFL iBT / IELTS / Cambridge CPE / CAE / BEC), Submission of Statement of Purpose
Step 1: GIM Goa Application Procedure
Applications for all programmes are accepted online only. Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee, the details of which are provided below:

Step 2: Selection Process
- Admission to the PGDM programme at GIM is determined through scores from XAT, CAT, CMAT, or GMAT, followed by an in-person evaluation and assessment of the candidate’s profile. For the PGDM BDA and the dual degree PGDM BDA MSc in Business Analytics, candidates must appear for the GAAT. Selection for the FPM programme is based on valid scores in XAT, CAT, MAT, GMAT, or JRF, followed by a personal interview.
Step 3: Final Merit List & Seat Confirmation
- Once all stages of the selection are completed, GIM publishes a final merit list. Candidates who are shortlisted will receive an offer of admission. To secure their place at the institute, these candidates are required to pay the applicable GIM Goa fees.
